In this episode, I talk with my friend, Ambrose Coleman. In anticipation for a future podcast with another guest to discuss Knee Valgus and jumping, I asked Ambrose to share his experience and perspective on Knee Valgus as it relates to optimal movement, mechanism of injury (specifically ACL/meniscus), and injury prevention screening. Ambrose invents a new word, we crack ourselves up, and I expand my understanding of how the nervous system achieves movement tasks.
